Set up your first property
Start with your rooms and beds, then add the people who live there.
Before you begin
Install PG Connect from the Google Play link on our product page. Sign in using one of the methods offered in the app. Keep your property name, room layout and current tenant details nearby. Use only information you are authorized to manage.
Build the property layout
Set up the real layout before assigning tenants so that occupancy is useful from the start.
- Create your property and enter its basic details.
- Add the floors, rooms and beds that you manage.
- Check the available beds against your actual property before moving tenants in.
Add your current tenants
Add each tenant and assign the correct bed. Check the rent amount and move-in details for that tenancy. Start with one tenant, verify the information, then add the remaining tenants. Avoid creating a second record for someone already listed.
Check your first day
Review occupied and vacant beds, current tenants and rent information. If staff need access, check that your plan includes staff accounts and give each person their own login. Tenants may use the app for their own records, but you can manage the property even when they do not install it.
