Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. We can add Razorpay checkout or UPI payment links, so parents pay from their phone and the payment is recorded against the right student and instalment, with a receipt sent automatically.
Can messages go to parents in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes. Screens and WhatsApp messages can be in English, Marathi or Hindi. WhatsApp templates need Meta’s approval in each language you use, and we handle that with you.
We are a small coaching class. Is this too much for us?
Not if it starts small. A small class might begin with fee tracking and WhatsApp reminders alone. We build that first, and add attendance or results later if you want them.
How do you handle student data?
Carefully. Student and parent details are personal data under India’s DPDP Act, and children’s data needs extra care, including consent from a parent. We limit access by role and host the data securely.
Will teachers need training?
We train teachers and office staff on the parts they use, and keep the screens simple enough to use on a phone between classes.
