/ how we work
A clear process, and no surprises on the bill.
From the first conversation to handover, each stage has a clear outcome. Review the design before development, try working builds as the project progresses, and pay against the milestones in your proposal.
The four steps
- 1
Discover
A free call to understand your business. You get a written scope and a fixed quote.
- A call or a visit, in English, Marathi or Hindi — whichever is easier for you
- We look at how the work happens today: the registers, sheets and WhatsApp groups
- We suggest the smallest version that makes a real difference, and what can wait
- You get the scope, price, milestones and timeline in writing before you commit
You get: A written scope, a fixed quote and a timeline
- 2
Design
Try a clickable design and agree the screens before development starts.
- Screens for every important step, on the phone and on the computer
- A clickable prototype you can try with your own staff
- Review and refine the agreed screens before development; new requirements are discussed separately
You get: Clickable screens you have approved
- 3
Build
Review a working demo each week, with payments tied to the agreed milestones.
- A test link or build you can try each week, with a clear summary of progress
- Payments tied to the milestones in your written proposal
- Your data moved in from Excel or the old system, and checked with you
You get: Working software, one milestone at a time
- 4
Launch and support
We publish, host and train your team, then stay on to support and improve it.
- Launch on the domain, app-store accounts and hosting agreed for your project
- Training for you and your staff, and a written guide
- Free bug fixing after launch, then an optional maintenance plan
- Source code and account access handed over as agreed in your proposal
You get: Software your team uses every day
/ ways to work with us
Pick what fits the job.
A fixed-price project is the usual starting point; maintenance can follow once the software is live.
Fixed-price project
For a website, an app or a system with a clear scope. One price, agreed in writing, paid in milestones.
- Scope, price and timeline fixed up front
- Advance to book, then pay as parts are delivered
- Anything new is quoted separately before it starts
Monthly development
For a product that keeps growing. A set amount of our time each month, with priorities you choose.
- A plan for the month, agreed with you
- A demo of what shipped, every week
- Review priorities within the time and scope agreed for that month
Hosting and maintenance
For software that has to keep working. We look after it so you can stop thinking about it.
- Hosting, backups and monitoring
- Security updates and bug fixes
- Small improvements every month
What we need from you
- Ten minutes to explain how the work happens today
- Sample forms, invoices, reports or spreadsheets that show how you work
- One person who can answer questions and approve screens
- Your logo, content and photos for anything customer-facing
- Access to accounts we connect to — WhatsApp, Razorpay, your domain
What you get at handover
- The software, live on your domain, app store account or servers
- The source code, in a repository you own
- Ownership and access for the accounts set up for your project
- A short written guide, and a training session for your staff
- A period of free bug fixing, written into the quote
/ questions
About working with us.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. We spend the first conversation understanding your business and telling you honestly what we would build first — or whether you need software at all. There is no charge and no obligation.
What if I want changes after we agree the scope?
We review and refine the agreed design with you before development. If a request adds to the agreed scope, we explain the effect on price and timing and get your approval before starting it.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you share anything sensitive. Our terms already oblige us to keep your information confidential.
How do we stay in touch during the project?
On WhatsApp for quick questions, a call when something needs talking through, and a link you can open every week to try the latest version yourself.
What if I am not happy with a milestone?
Tell us what is wrong and we fix it. A milestone counts as accepted only when you approve it, or a week after delivery with no problems reported.
