Delete your account
Choose the app you use to see its account-deletion options. For PG Connect, you can use the form below or follow the instructions for WhatsApp accounts. Read what is deleted and retained before continuing.

Delete your PG Connect account
You can delete it here, without installing the app. You can also do it inside the app under Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Your personal details are removed permanently:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your password, so the account can no longer be signed into
- Date of birth, gender, address, occupation, employer and blood group
- Your emergency contact
- Identity document references you uploaded
- Notifications, and the token used to send them to your phone
- Guests you registered, and your meal preferences
What is kept, and why
Rent and payment records stay with the PG, with your name removed. Both you and your PG may need them as financial records, and Indian accounting rules require the PG to keep them — the same as a paper rent book would be. They no longer identify you.
If you own or manage properties
Deleting an owner account permanently removes all properties managed by that account. Every property, room, bed, tenant record, invoice, payment, expense and notice is removed permanently. Your tenants keep their own accounts but lose their tenancy. This cannot be undone and we cannot restore it for you.

With the email and password of your PG Connect account. Nothing is deleted until you confirm on the next step.
Forgotten your password? Reset it in the app first — we cannot delete an account without confirming it is yours.

Signed up with WhatsApp?
An account created by signing in with WhatsApp has no email or password, so the form above can’t sign you in. Delete it one of these ways instead:
- 1In the app, open Profile → Delete account. If it asks for a password you never set, use the next option.
- 2Message us on WhatsApp from the number your account uses — that is how we know it is yours — or email info@nexotri.com from the address on it. We delete the account within 30 days.
