Digitisation: what people ask.
My staff are not comfortable with computers. Will this work for them?
Yes, if it is built for them. We keep screens simple, use the words your staff already use, and can show screens in Marathi or Hindi. We train each person on their own part of the work and stay available for questions in the first weeks.
Can you move our old Excel data into the new system?
Usually, yes. We go through your sheets, clean up duplicates and gaps with you, and import them. Where records exist only on paper, we agree together what is worth entering and what can stay in the old register.
Why not just buy ready-made billing or accounting software?
Sometimes that is the right answer, and we will say so on the first call. A custom system makes sense when ready-made tools force you to change how you work, or when you need billing, stock, staff and approvals to work together in one place.
What decides the cost?
How many areas the system covers (billing, stock, staff and so on), how many branches and types of users you have, how much old data needs moving, and any extras such as WhatsApp messages or online payments. After a free call, we send a written scope with a fixed quote.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. Your data is always yours, and once the project is paid for, the code is yours too. We can host it for you or set it up on a server of your own.
