It depends on what it has to do — a five-page business website is a very different job from an app with payments, staff logins and an admin panel. After a free call we send a fixed quote in writing, broken into milestones, so you know the full price before any work starts. Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

A typical business website takes two to four weeks once the content is ready. A first version of a mobile app usually takes eight to fourteen weeks, and a focused custom system six to twelve, depending on scope. We agree the timeline with you in the quote, and you see working progress every week.

Yes. Once the work is paid for, the code, designs and content made for you are yours, and so is your data. Domains, hosting, app store and payment accounts are set up in your name wherever possible, so you are never locked in to us.

No. We are based in Kolhapur and happy to visit businesses nearby, but most of the work happens over calls, WhatsApp and shared links, so we work with businesses anywhere in India — and outside it.

Every project includes a period of free bug fixing after launch. After that you can take a hosting and maintenance plan — monitoring, backups, security updates and small improvements each month — or look after it yourself with the code and documentation we hand over.

Usually, yes. We first check the data, code and access available. We can then plan imports from Excel or an older system, connections to existing tools, or improvements to software built by another team.

Yes. Our own apps run in English, Marathi and Hindi, and PG Connect in eleven languages. Building in more than one language from the start is far cheaper than adding it later, so tell us early.

Projects are usually paid as an advance to book the work and then in milestones as each part is delivered. We send an invoice for every payment, and you can pay by UPI, bank transfer or online through Razorpay.

We host on servers in India, keep databases off the public internet, take regular backups and give access only to the people who need it. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request, and when we handle your customers’ data we do it only on your instructions, as India’s data protection law requires.
