/ whatsapp & payment integrations

Connect WhatsApp and payments to your software.

Send appointment, order and payment messages from your software, and match confirmed payments to the right records. We build integrations with the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Razorpay, including checks for pending payments and undelivered messages.

Good for

  • Clinics, gyms and coaching classes sending reminders by hand
  • PGs, hostels and societies collecting monthly dues
  • Shops and distributors chasing payments
  • Software teams adding WhatsApp or Razorpay to an existing product
  • Businesses whose WhatsApp number was restricted for bulk messaging

A single integration, such as WhatsApp reminders or Razorpay checkout on an existing system, often takes two to four weeks; Meta’s and Razorpay’s account checks can add a few days.

/ sound familiar?

What usually gets in the way.

  • 01

    Reminders typed by hand

Someone goes down a list every morning and sends the same message to dozens of people. Some get missed.

  • 02

    Payments you can’t match

UPI screenshots arrive on WhatsApp, and someone has to check each one against the bank statement and the bill.

  • 03

    Customers asking for status

Where is my order, when is my appointment, did my payment go through — every question is a phone call.

  • 04

A number restricted for bulk messages

Bulk-sending tools that drive a normal WhatsApp number break WhatsApp’s rules, and numbers used that way often get blocked.

/ what we build

What we can build for you

  • Automatic WhatsApp reminders

Appointment, renewal, fee and payment reminders sent from your software on schedule, using message templates approved by Meta.

  • Order updates and alerts

Confirmations, dispatch and status updates for customers, and alerts to your own staff when something needs attention.

  • Sign-in by WhatsApp

Your users log in to your app or website by sending a WhatsApp message, with no SMS code to wait for.

  • Razorpay and UPI checkout

Online payment inside your website or app, and payment links you can send on WhatsApp.

  • Reconciliation and receipts

Verified payment notifications update the relevant bill and can trigger a receipt. Pending, failed and duplicate notifications are handled separately.

  • Account and template set-up

We help set up your WhatsApp Business account, write your message templates and submit them for Meta’s approval.

/ how it runs

Step by step.

  1. 1

Decide the messages and the money flow

Which messages go out, when and to whom, and how a payment travels from customer to bill to receipt.

  2. 2

    Set up the accounts

Your WhatsApp Business account and number, your Razorpay account, and your message templates — in your business’s name. We guide you through each provider’s verification.

  3. 3

    Connect and test

We connect everything to your software and test every path, including failed payments, refunds and undelivered messages.

  4. 4

    Go live and watch

We switch on in stages, watch the logs, and fix anything that doesn’t behave as planned.

/ questions

WhatsApp & payments: what people ask.

Can I send any message I like to my customers on WhatsApp?

Not quite. When you message a customer first, WhatsApp requires a template that Meta has approved — for example, a payment reminder with the name and amount filled in. When a customer messages you, you can reply freely for the next 24 hours. We help you write templates that get approved and still sound like you.

Is this the same as the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?

No. The app is for a person typing messages. The WhatsApp Business Platform lets your software send and receive messages automatically, and it is the approved way to do that. We will tell you whether your existing number can be moved across or whether a new number is better.

Do WhatsApp and Razorpay charge for this?

Yes. Meta charges for certain kinds of template messages, and Razorpay charges a fee on most payments. You pay them directly, and the amount depends on your volume. We explain their current rates before you decide, and avoid sending messages you don’t need to pay for.

Can you add this to software we already have?

Usually, yes. If your software has an API, or we can work with its database, we can add WhatsApp messages and payment reconciliation to it without replacing it. We check this on the first call.

What happens if a payment fails or a message isn’t delivered?

We plan for it. Failed and pending payments are recorded and flagged, webhooks are checked so nothing is marked paid twice, and undelivered messages can fall back to email or appear on a list for your staff.

Do I need my own Razorpay and Meta business accounts?

Yes. The accounts should be in your business’s name, so the money and the customer relationship stay yours. We guide you through the sign-up and verification steps.
