Nexotri is a software company. Our product, PG Connect, is a subscription service delivered as an Android app for owners, their staff and their tenants, backed by a hosted server that keeps every property's data separate.
Rooms and beds
Lay out each property floor by floor. See which beds are occupied, free or reserved, without counting by hand.
Tenants
Onboarding, documents, check-in and check-out dates, and the full history of who stayed in which bed.
Rent and invoices
Generate a month's invoices in one run. Record payments by cash, UPI or bank transfer and issue receipts.
Automatic reminders
Rent due and overdue reminders go out on their own, so chasing payments stops being a daily job.
Expenses
Log what a property costs to run — electricity, water, salaries, repairs — and see it against what it collects.

Every bed has a state — occupied, reserved or vacant — and it changes the moment somebody moves in or out. No separate register to reconcile, and no counting rooms on your fingers while a prospective tenant waits on the phone.

Pricing

Every new owner gets three months of Premium, free. No card, no plan to pick — sign up and everything below is unlocked until the trial ends. Long enough to run a full quarter of rent before you decide anything.
After that, plans are priced by how many beds you run — about ₹12.50 a bed a month, whichever one you land on. Every plan is a monthly subscription with no setup fee and no lock-in. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays whatever you choose: dropping to Free keeps every property, tenant and past invoice exactly where it was.

Questions
Before you start
Do my tenants need the app too?
They can use it, but they do not have to. Tenants who install it see their own rent, receipts, notices and the mess menu, and can raise complaints. Everything still works if you are the only person using it.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account drops to the Free plan limits, so features above those limits stop until you subscribe again. Your records stay intact and are exportable.
Can I run more than one property?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Each property keeps its own rooms, tenants, staff and accounts, and you switch between them inside the app.
Which languages does the app support?
English, हिंदी, मराठी, ಕನ್ನಡ, தமிழ், বাংলা, ગુજરાતી, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, اردو, العربية and Español. It picks one based on your phone's language and you can change it any time.
How do I cancel?
Sign in on this website and cancel there. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy for the detail.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from inside the app or from this page. We remove your personal details and keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoice records.
