The members who stopped coming still owe you a phone call.
Every gym loses people quietly. A membership runs out, nobody notices for three weeks, and by then they have stopped thinking of themselves as a member. Zym keeps one list — who runs out this week, who already has — and what each of them is worth.
Free to start. No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel any time.
What it does
A register cannot tell you who is about to leave
It holds the same facts. What it will not do is sort them by the date each membership ends and add up what that week is worth.
The renewal queue
Everyone whose membership ends in the next seven days, soonest first, with the rupee total at the top. Message on WhatsApp, call, or renew them — three taps, without leaving the list.
- Reminders go out before and just after the end date
- Renewing early never costs a member the days they paid for
- The admission fee is charged once, never on a renewal
Everyone who already lapsed
Not a number — a list, with the money beside it. Most of them will come back if somebody asks, and nobody asks, because nobody knows who they are.
- Bounded to the last few weeks, so it stays a list you can work
- Members who renewed drop off it by themselves
- The same figure on every screen that mentions it
Fees, without the notebook
Sell a membership at the counter in under thirty seconds. Cash, UPI or card, a receipt on the spot, and part-payment when that is what somebody has on them.
- Your own price list, in months and rupees
- Today's collection, with cash counted separately for the drawer
- Who still owes, oldest first
Who actually turns up
Members check themselves in from their phone, or the front desk types a member number. You get the honest version of how busy you are.
- Who is in the gym right now
- Your busiest hour, for staffing and ladies-only slots
- A member who has not been in for a month, before they lapse
Your members
They see one number
How many days they have left, and a button to check in. Their plan, their receipts, their attendance streak — and a reminder before it runs out, so nobody finds out at the door.
Pricing
Start free. Pay when you outgrow it.
Every new gym gets three months of Premium, free. No card, no plan to pick — sign up and everything below is unlocked until the trial ends. Long enough for a full round of renewals to come through before you decide anything.
After that, plans are priced by how many members you have training — around ₹3 a member a month, whichever one you land on. That is less than one member's monthly fee. Members who have lapsed do not count towards it, so the list of people worth calling back never costs you anything. Monthly, no setup fee, no lock-in; drop to Free and every member, receipt and past membership stays exactly where it was.
Free
Where you land after the trial if you do not pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Worth knowing
- Load the members you already have. Name, number and the date each one runs out — that is all it needs, and it is what is already in your register. The renewal queue fills itself from those dates, so the app is useful the same afternoon rather than in three months.
- Nothing is charged to your members through us. They pay you at the desk, the way they do now. Zym records it and prints the receipt.
- Members are free to add. The plan counts people currently training, so old members and lapsed ones cost nothing to keep.
