When can I start using Zym?
Zym is in testing on Google Play now. Ask for early access and we will set your gym up — your price list and your first members, loaded with you.
What do I need to load my members?
Name, number and the date each membership runs out — what is already in your register. The renewal queue fills itself from those dates, so you can review upcoming renewals once your records are added.
Do you collect fees from my members?
No. Members pay you at the desk, the way they do now — cash, UPI or card. Zym records the payment and gives a receipt.
Do members need to install the app?
They can, and those who do see how many days they have left, their receipts and a check-in button. Everything still works if only you and your staff use it.
What do the plans count?
Members currently training. Old and lapsed members cost nothing to keep, so the list of people worth calling back never costs you anything.
