Delete your Case Alerts account
Case Alerts is published by Nexotri (proprietor: Pooja Patil).
How to request deletion
- Email support@nexotri.com
from any address, with the subject “Delete my Case Alerts account”.
- Include the mobile number you sign in with. We need it to find the
account — it is the only identifier the app uses.
- We reply to confirm it is really you, because the request deletes your
colleagues' and clients' contact details too.
- Once confirmed, the account and its data are deleted within
30 days, and we email you when it is done.
You can also ask us to delete individual cases or clients
without closing the account — say which ones in the same email. Removing a
case in the app stops its alerts immediately.
What is deleted
| Data | What happens |
| Your name and mobile number | Deleted |
| Your tracked cases, and the court information held against them | Deleted |
| Your clients' names and mobile numbers | Deleted |
| Alert history (what was sent, and when) | Deleted |
| Login codes and sessions | Already short-lived; deleted |
What we have to keep, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records — kept for up to 8 years,
because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. These records hold the
transaction and the name on it, not your case data.
- Messages already delivered — a message that has already
arrived on WhatsApp cannot be recalled from the recipient's phone.
WhatsApp's own retention is outside our control.
Nothing else is retained. We do not keep a backup copy of a deleted account
beyond our normal rolling backups, which age out within 30 days.
If you have no email
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 84849 64515 asking for deletion,
from the number you sign in with. That number is not monitored continuously,
so email is faster.
