How PG Connect brings rooms, tenants, rent and receipts into a connected workflow for owners, staff and tenants.
The problem
Property management involves changing occupancy, monthly invoices, payments, maintenance requests and staff handovers. When these are kept separately, the owner has to reconcile the same information across several places.
How we approached it
- Model the property as floors, rooms and beds, with tenants assigned to the right bed.
- Connect monthly billing, recorded payments and receipts so the remaining balance can be reviewed.
- Give staff separate access, while tenants can view their own records and raise complaints.
- Keep plan limits and daily operations visible without requiring every tenant to install the app.
What the product does
The implemented product lets owners review occupancy and rent collection from the same app, record payments and issue receipts.
