What early access means
Zym is in testing. Availability and the onboarding process are confirmed by the team. Sending a request does not guarantee immediate access or a release date.
What to include
Use Book a demo and choose Zym. Tell us your approximate active member count, how many gyms you manage, and which workflow you want to see: renewals, front-desk attendance, fee collection or trainer access. Do not upload member lists into an enquiry.
Prepare for the walkthrough
Bring questions about part-payments, upcoming renewals, staff access and your current register or spreadsheet. We can demonstrate the workflow before you decide whether to onboard. Confirm any import or migration arrangements with the team before sharing data.
