Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of PG Connect, provided by Vishal Ananda Patil ("Nexotri", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What we provide

PG Connect is subscription software for managing paying guest accommodations and hostels: rooms and beds, tenants, rent and invoices, expenses, staff, meals, notices and reports. It is provided as an Android application together with a hosted service.

We provide the software. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your tenants, we do not collect rent on your behalf, and we do not hold your tenants' money at any point.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when registering and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by staff members you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an owner account.

3. Your data is yours

The information you enter — properties, tenants, payments, documents — belongs to you. We store and process it in order to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by writing to info@nexotri.com.

4. Your tenants' data

When you enter information about a tenant, you are the one deciding what to collect and why. You confirm that you are entitled to hold that information and that you have told those people about it as the law requires. We process it only on your instructions.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment gateway. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

We may change prices, and will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a renewal payment fails, your plan continues for a short grace period while we retry. We will not lock you out of your own records without telling you first.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, or to store unlawful content;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours;
  • interfere with the service's operation, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • resell or redistribute the service without an agreement with us;
  • use it to send unsolicited messages to people who have not given you their details.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and will tell you why.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, faults and events outside our control can interrupt it. Where an interruption is our fault and prolonged, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss of data where you have not kept your own records.

Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel any paid plan. We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, and will give reasonable notice unless the breach makes that impossible.

After an account is closed we retain data for a limited period so it can be restored if the closure was a mistake, then delete it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolhapur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
